Fine Motor Arts & Crafts           June 9-13th            9 - 12 PM     4 - 8             $275

Evening classes are offered that integrate multiple learning approaches to build & foster the foundations for children to learn and be successful.

Classes are taught in a small group setting of 2-5 children and lead by an occupational therapist. The goals are to teach  children to use purposeful communication to help build  confidence and learn to interact with their peers appropriately. Skills addressed, but not limited to, include: how to initiate conversation with peers, leadership, dealing with bullying, feelings, & team work. Interventions include materials from a variety of social skills programs & skill building games.

Our classes are developed by Natalie Sanders, OTD, a licensed pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children. In an IRB study on the success of Little One's Classes, the results concluded a 90% positive outcome in helping early social skills. Early intervention is extremely important for everyone. These classes are designed to enhance and build upon developmental milestones. They provide fun opportunities for children to explore their sensory development through movement, music, games, & social play, which gives them the foundations they need to transition to their next stages in life.

TheraSens, Inc offers a wide array of group activities, social programs. Licensed therapists work hand-in-hand with our teaching instructors. Open to the public, these services provide parents another avenue when seeking services for their children without the need for a doctor's referral.
